Paul Michael Hughes was born in Toms River, NJ and discovered theatre at a very young age due to his wonderfully artistic family. His Father, an Asst. Production Manager and Mother, a Singer and Stage Artist, helped light the spark for creativity and imagination.

On stage he originated the title role in Bud Nobel’s AHAB: A Musical Odyssey based on the Herman Melville classic Moby Dick-as well as the cast recording. Paul has worked extensively at local Theaters in the greater Philadelphia and Lancaster area such as Servant Stage Company and the American Music Theatre, to name a few.

Nationally/Internationally he has sung with  RWS Entertainment Group and New Dawn Singers. After just finishing a two year stint as a Lead Vocalist and Vocal Captain for Belinda King Entertainment on Seabourn Cruise Lines, you can find him this summer as a full-time performer at in their Murder Mystery series Dead Men Ride No Rails. He will also be returning for another holiday season for American Music Theatre's Christmas show Home For the Holidays.

Paul presently resides in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and when not onstage, you will find him directing, coaching, and inspiring young artists at his High School Alma Mater. Be sure to follow Paul (@pmdhughes) on social media to see where he is performing next!
