BIOGRAPHY

Paul Michael Hughes was born in Toms River, NJ and discovered theatre at a very young age due his wonderfully artistic family. His Father, an Asst. Production Manager and Mother, a Singer and Stage Artist, helped light the spark for creativity and imagination.

On stage he originated the title role in Bud Nobel’s AHAB: A Musical Odyssey based on the Herman Melville classic Moby Dick-as well as the cast recording. Paul has worked extensively at local Theatres in the greater Philadelphia and Lancaster area such as WVPAC and the American Music Theatre, to name a few.

Nationally/Internationally he has sung with  RWS Entertainment Group and New Dawn Singers. After just finishing a two year stint as a Lead Vocalist and VC for Belinda King Entertainment on Seabourn Cruise Lines, you can find him later this year crooning onstage for American Music Theatre’s Christmas show Deck the Halls.

Paul presently resides in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and when not onstage, you will find him directing, coaching, and inspiring young artists at his High School Alma Mater. Be sure to follow Paul (@pmdhughes) on social media to see where he is performing next!
